Order guide

Ordering your customised products take 5-simple steps. Follow the steps below to receive your order.

Step 1 - Get a quote

Add products to the cart or click here to Get a quote and we will email you a full price list, post samples, and provide an image mock-up showing how your logo/brand looks on the product (this called  ‘Virtual Proof’).

An account manager will be assigned to you to guide you through this process, there is no obligation to order.

Note: Sending us your logo in a high resolution or vector file format will speed up the process. Send your files here

Step 2 - Review & Approve

Review & Approve the virtual proof we email you. You can request as many changes as you wish, or ask for any additional information you require.

After your approval of the Virtual Proof, a Customer Account will be created for you, and you will be sent a final invoice that includes your total bill, and delivery options. You may order accessories to go with your order.

Step 3 - Pay

From your Customer Account, you can pay for your order. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or via any preferred Payment Options.

Step 4 - Delivery

After successful payment, production of your order will begin. Depending on your order and location, delivery typically takes 2 working-days. For orders being delivered outside Nigeria, expected delivery time is 3 – 5 working days.

Step 5 - Feedback
